3 Bedroom House in Pelican, Cape Coral

The best way to describe the home is the 5 Star Reviews. While I strive to make you feel like its home while your here, many guests speak of more than they expected. Also keep in mind that as a VRBO listing I do not have the option to select what review to keep or delete. Every review that any guest has ever posted is here since the property was listed on VRBO.
So here is your private home in desirable southwest Cape Coral. 120 feet frontage on salt water gulf access canal with dock, boat lift and electric heated pool. Over 1800 square feet under air includes all that southwest Florida has to offer. The pictures are current and tell the story except that reviews say its better than the pictures. Pets welcome. Property is located south of Cape Coral Parkway and west of Skyline Blvd. Smoking is allowed outside only including lanai pool deck.
Amenities include, computer workstation with printer copier scanner, high speed internet, cable TV (including outside on lanai) and telephone service. Video library with more than 3 dozen titles including Disney. Game cube and XBox.
We understand our guests concerns regarding coronavirus and are providing you with the following information. We use and provide Odoban disinfectant spray, bleach wipes and bleach based cleaners. We do not require masks to be worn by guests or cleaning crews. We have implemented a minimum of 1-day vacancy before and after any booking per VRBO guidelines. We however cannot guarantee that every surface, piece of furniture, throw pillow, etc. is fully 100% disinfected between each use.

Summary: Beautiful well kept home, lovely pool and dock on water. Close to Westin resort and restaurants, Cape Harbor Marina area with live music and Sanibel Beaches. A Gem!! Loved or stay as we did last year.

Summary: Great place for the 3 of us; immaculately kept and supplied, especially with kitchen prep items. Pool use limited only by cold weather, but heat and cover kept it usable. Conveniently located to parks, beaches and restaurants, and our very helpful host John added his own picks. We really liked his personal touch!

Summary: My husband and I love staying here. The host has thought of everything you might need and has it readily available. The home is lovely, well cared for, and clean. Favorite part is the screened in patio and pool; we spend most of our time out there. We love it so much we’ve stayed there several times and consider it our home away from home.

Summary: This place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was convenient to everything like the beaches, shopping, and dining. The swimming pool was one of our favorite things. The owner responded to us almost immediately when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We knew the minute we walked in the door and everything was clean and smelled fresh that this place was exactly as posted on the site. The pool on the lanai was so refreshing after getting warmed up in the sun. Fishing from the dock was our highlight of the trip, we caught a lot of snappers, and other species including a small shark. Got to see a manatee swimming up the canal. We will definitely be returning!
